The Athena Ride for Women is a four-day, women-only motorcycle rally held in Athens, Ohio — home of Ohio’s Windy 9. This is the first, of what we hope will become an annual event.

Our goal is to foster a community of women riders while supporting My Sister’s Place, a local agency that supports victim survivors of domestic violence in Southeast, Ohio.

This event will include guided rides, workshops, games, nightly activities, a banquet and fundraisers to support the work of My Sister’s Place.

Wailin Wayne Weekend is a 5-day adventure motorcycle rally held in Nelsonville, Ohio. Come ride the 130 miles of challenging trails through Wayne National Forest and the endless miles of surrounding county gravel roads. Be sure to also enjoy the hairpin twisties and scenic country roads of Ohio's Windy 9 that’ll take you through beautiful landscapes like the Hocking Hills State Park.

The Wall That Heals will be on display at Tailgreat Park — along the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway near the Ohio University Convocation Center. This exhibit includes a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial along with a mobile Education Center. The traveling exhibit honors the more than three million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces in the Vietnam War and it bears the names of the 58,279 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.
